I work at my studio in Venice, Florida. How I like to start my work day is by drawing on my imagination and the materials that I work with including inspiration that I’ve collected throughout nature within the week in my mind.My prayer for the day helps me start off being focused, and prevents my mind from feeling scattered. I do research but also take in natural observation of beauty & color in our environment that I notice during the day. My wife, Lisa, is also a great inspiration to me, through her unconditional love. I really love working with a variety of different metals, glass, resin and other materials to create texture and contrast. The best compliment is for someone to want to take my work and put it in their home, it not only confirms what I’m doing is my life’s purpose but that I’m also making someone feel joyful over art. It’s thrilling to witness a clients excitement.
