Graduated Massachusetts College of Art 1977 Studied at Gloucester Academy of Fine Art under the direction of John Terilac 1978-1979 Member of Rockport Art Association. Won many awards in juried shows. First one man show at Rockport Art Association 1978-1980. Lived and worked in Truro, Cape Cod 1981-1988Exhibited at the following juried shows: Boston Watercolor Society, Copley Society in Boston, Cape Cod Art Association, other galleries and associations throughout New England. James now lives and works in Lubec, Maine.
