Dolores Casares (Argentina, 1960) Dolores Casares was born in 1960 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she currently lives and works.In addition to teaching in her own studio, she has worked in art workshops alongside Eduardo Médici, Héctor Médici, Ernesto Pesce, and Jorge González Perrín. For five years, she was the general coordinator at Proyectarte, and for the past ten years, she has led the coordination of artistic projects at Galería Pasaje 17.Individually, she has exhibited in Argentina at Centro Cultural San Martín, Centro Cultural Recoleta, Fundación Standard Bank, among others. Collectively, her work has been shown at the Salón Nacional Palais de Glace and the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes de La Plata.Internationally, she exhibited at the Argentine Consulate in New York and participated in the First Southern Biennial in Panama. She has also taken part in international art fairs such as Pinta London, Art Miami, Art America, CHACO (Chile), PArC (Peru), and FIA (Venezuela), among others.
