“I create joyful, contemporary landscapes characterized by rich color and texture. I’m blessed to live in the gorgeous state of Maine, where I am surrounded by beauty and endless inspiration. I find time spent in the great outdoors to be uplifting and therapeutic, and I want my Maine-inspired landscapes to bring viewers the same sense of serenity and delight.My art has been written about in The Boston Globe, Art New England, Cultural Adventures2021, and Maine Home + Design. I have been named one of “five standout artists to keep your eye on” by Maine Home + Design and one of Maine’s “most collectible artists” by Art Maine. My art is in the permanent collection of the Museum of Encaustic Art, outside of Santa Fe. I have paintings in homes across the U.S. and Canada, Europe, Australia and Saudi Arabia, as well as in several corporate art collections, including Boston Children’s Hospital, East Boston CommunityHealth Center, Lasell Village, and American Tower Corporation. But more than all these public accolades, what really makes me happy are the notes I receive from collectors telling me how much they love looking at their paintings every day, and the joy that my art brings to their lives.”
