“I’ve been painting for as long as I can remember. As a little girl growing up in Saugus, MA, I loved painting flowers and sketching everyday scenes from around my house. One of my earliest pieces, a drawing of my dog napping, still reminds me of where it all began. Art has always been my escape, a way to step back from life’s demands and find peace. These days, I paint almost every night after my daughter goes to bed, pouring whatever’s on my mind into my canvas. I work primarily with acrylics, and bright, striking colors are my signature. The louder the colors, the more I feel like I’ve truly communicated my point. My work often blends humor, pop culture, and self-reflection. Like my painting LIFE is a reflection of chaos and beauty coexisting. The roses are scattered in unpredictable clusters, uneven, unbalanced, and organic, yet together they form something evocative. The textured surface isn’t just meant to be seen but felt, emphasizing the tactile, imperfect nature of life. It’s a piece about embracing disorder and finding beauty in what emerges.”
