Justin Edward Medoff is a life-long resident of Massachusetts and is a member of the Arts League of Lowell. Justin finds himself compelled to create expressive and vibrant abstract and occasionally illustrative paintings, collages and drawings. Justin’s work celebrates, references and frequently fuses aesthetic and other elements of various major American art movements that gained prominence in the second half of the Twentieth Century. The primary media that Justin uses are acrylic paint and canvas, however he frequently incorporates materials not typically used by classical painters such as neon duct tape, plastic yard signs, permanent marker, solid marker, wallpaper, placemats and wooden cacti into his work.
