Realist artist, David K. Anderson, grew up in southern New England and spent much time as a child at the beach. He now resides in Providence, Rhode Island, close to the ocean, from where he draws his inspiration. The sand, the grass, the dunes and ever changing sky and sea provide Dave with a visual palette to create detailed representations utilizing watercolor, acrylic and pastel mediums. Dave has exhibited at the Newport Art Museum and his works are included in both private and corporate collections. He has a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Fine Art from the University of Rhode Island. In his other life, he is a corporate professional in Providence.
