Over the past 25 years, the Catherine and her husband Laurence Anholt have written and illustrated more than 200 highly successful children's books, which are published in 30 languages around the world and have won numerous awards. Throughout these years, she has continued to work in her studio on hundreds of large fluid drawings and paintings, which, until fairly recently, she shared only with family and friends. Anholt's themes are pregnancy, childbirth and love of family and nature, and her work was much praised in the Financial Times in 2023 when shown with TIN MAN ART at the London Art Fair.
