Katrina Pura is an American landscape and portrait painter based in southern Monterey County. She received a BS in science, technology and society from Stanford University, studied art history at Oxford University and graduated from the Florence Academy of Art in 2018. Using various mediums, including oil, graphite and watercolor, she finds particular inspiration in working from nature and in the rural scenes of her home in the Gabilan mountains. She exhibits regularly both locally and internationally. She is a member of the California Art Club, Monterey Bay Plein Art Painters and became an artist member of the Carmel Art Association in 2025.
