Chris Rossow is a fine artist and commissioned portrait painter whose work is held in private collections and has been featured in exhibitions with the Oil Painters of America, the American Impressionist Society, and The Salmagundi Club of New York.Chris refined his craft at the Watts Atelier in Encinitas, California, studying under master artist Jeffery R. Watts and instructors Erik Gist, Meadow Gist, and Ben Young. He also trained at The Art Students League of New York with Dan Thompson and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Tufts University. Before pursuing painting full-time, Chris worked as an art director at several leading advertising agencies in New York. Originally from the East Coast, he now lives in San Diego with his wife, Jacqueline, and their daughter, Colette.
