Natalya Laskis received a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore,MD. Laskis' paintings present representational snapshots of socially exclusivegroups. Other paintings utilize an abstracted and emotionally-tuned visual language thattranscends narrative with loosened application of paint. Laskis has exhibited widely, including The Moment. The artist has been included in group exhibitions at David Castillo Gallery, Miami, FL, 2008, the BocaRaton Museum of Art, Boca Raton, 2009, Fred Sntizer Gallery at The Armory, NewYork, NY, 2011, Nada Art Fair during Basel, Miami Beach, 2013-2014. She currently resides in West Palm Beach.
