Lucy is a metalsmith living and working in Northern Michigan. Constantly inspired by color, line, form and especially how these appear in nature, Lucy uses largely sterling silver and natural stones to express the abstract, or even an unknown, with as much clarity (or as little interference) as possible. The work, mostly wearable in the form of jewelry, is created from a place of embracing curiosity and experimentation. Ideally each piece offers the wearer a sense of self-expression, mystery, and protection.
