Endellion attended Exeter University from 1988 to 1991, studying English Literature and Fine Art. Since then, her artistic career has incorporated solo and group shows at The Mount House Gallery, the Lefevre gallery, Hazlitt Holland-Hibbert, Browse and Darby, Rabley Contemporary, Hartnoll & Daughter, The Art Salon gallery in Bath, TIN MAN ART and Laura Lopes Art. Inbetween all this, Endellion taught Life Drawing at the Royal Drawing School’s Shoreditch Studios for 17 years and won the Spink Prize. While continually exploring plant life in her work, after learning of her mother's terminal cancer in late 2013, Endellion's abstract leanings intensified. Following her mother's passing, she created a series of ‘gold drawings’ using gold leaf and ‘blown’ charcoal. Currently, Endellion is developing a collection of abstract works alongside her plant life paintings. This interplay between detailed observation and abstract freedom is central to her practice, occasionally merging in ‘blind drawn’ abstractions like White and Burnt Umber Diptych (2016). Her most recent solo show was at ‘Thyme’ in Gloucestershire in 2024 with Laura Lopes Art and she is currently working on a body of work around the theme of grasses.
