But from an early age, he found refuge in art and invention. Inspired by the escapist imagination of Salvador Dali and the trailblazing legacy of Edmonia Lewis, Dale was the kid who wanted to be MacGyver—disassembling the world around him not to fix it, but to reinvent it.Entirely self-taught, Dale's journey was anything but conventional.
