Photography has always been in the blood of Ukrainian-born photographer Val Proudkii. Born in Kiev in 1963, Proudkii initially studied Economics. At the age of seven, his father gave him a camera, a Russian-made Leica Zenit, for his birthday. Proudkii has been taking pictures ever since.
