Beth Meadows received her BFA in Studio Art with a concentration in Drawing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2007. She has been exhibiting artwork ever since and has patrons all over the US. She uses aspirational design-influenced imagery to talk about how the relationship we have with others stems from the relationship we have with ourselves. The process and subject matter of her artwork are a way to process and cope with her own mental health struggles. Beth lives in a beautiful rural area outside of Knoxville with her orange cat Birdie and enjoys hiking in the Smoky Mountains, walking, secondhand shopping, cooking and reading.
