Haitian artist Jeannot Jean-Philippe, born in Haiti in 1958 and deceased in 1997, is recognized for his compelling works that depict Vodou scenes. He had a significant exhibition titled "In Extremis" at the Fowler Museum at UCLA in Los Angeles, California, in 2012. While he did not conduct solo exhibitions, he made a noteworthy appearance in a group exhibition alongside prominent artists Leah Gordon and Yves Telemak. Jeannot's artwork is rare and highly sought after, particularly among collectors like the late American producer Jonathan Demme.
