Themes of death and rebirth lie at the heart of my work, reflecting nature's eternal cycle of dissolution and renewal. The human and animal forms become a vessel of transformation–fragile, yet enduring, both witness and participant in life's continual metamorphosis. Through gestural mark-making and layered surfaces, these figures hover between presence and absence, body and memory. My practice reflects universal human experiences–time, identity, love, loss, and change. I see art as a vessel for communication, bridging personal and collective realities, where the transient becomes timeless.
