Bill Kucha is a painter, educator, and environmentalist whose work reflects a lifelong commitment to creativity, nature, and community. Best known for his luminous landscapes and abstract works inspired by the Oregon Coast, Kucha captures both the spirit and rhythm of the natural world through color, texture, and light. Kucha earned degrees in art and education from Rutgers University and has lived and worked on the Oregon Coast for more than three decades. Deeply involved in the arts community, he co-founded the Oregon Coast Art Bus project and is an active advocate for using art as a bridge between people and place.
