Jeddadiah Emanuel is an artist driven by a passion that is both infectious and raw. Born in Utah, he spent his early years immersed in the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains and streams, quickly finding his place in the world within the quiet embrace of nature. These landscapes - hiding in orchards, running through foothills, and playing in rivers - shaped his sense of self and ignited a deep connection to something real and meaningful, which would later influence both his lifestyle and his art. While studying digital media in college, Jeddadiah explored various creative outlets, including working on documentaries. His curiosity eventually led him into the world of set design, where he thrived as a traveling artist, creating experimental spaces and performance environments. This lifestyle, though inspiring, disconnected him from the natural world that had always grounded him. In search of reconnection, he turned inward to his family and the vast Sonoran Desert. There, he rediscovered his love for woodworking and began to focus on the fundamentals of the craft, laying the foundation for his future artistic endeavors. Now based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Jeddadiah lives in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, where he continues to explore the landscape that first inspired him. In his home studio, he creates works that merge the technical and the organic, blending his skills with his ever-present connection to nature. Jeddadiah is on a journey of growth, creating art that reflects his evolving vision and the world around him.
