John Quigley is a fine art, comic, and graphic novel artist. His journey into the world of art was shaped by a life rich with experience in the military and private security sectors. After joining the Army following 9/11, he served in the infantry with multiple combat deployments, serving under Special Operations. Following his honorable discharge, he transitioned to private military contracting, providing security for government officials, military officers, and diplomats around the world.Though art has always been a part of his life, it was not until an injury ended his career that he pursued it with intention. He turned his attention to pursing a formal art education, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Art in Illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design in May of 2025. John aims to tell stories that resonate with a raw, unfiltered perspective. His work is deeply influenced by the personal experiences and diverse environments he has encountered throughout his life. The people he has met, the places he visited, and the challenges he faced have all contributed to the lens through which he creates.
