Herbert Heyel was a 20th Century American artist who is known primarily for his painting. Born in Connecticut in 1907, he lived and painted much of his life in Port Chester, NY. He is believed to have died in the early 2000s in Massachusetts. His works were exhibited at the Salons of America in 1933, and at The Art Institute of Chicago. During the 1940s he was President of The Westchester County, NY Arts and Crafts Guild.
