Bethany was born and raised in the Hudson Valley region of New York. Her interest in art began in early childhood and by the age of thirteen, began painting.Bethany pursued Mechanical Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology and Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She found engineering was a perfect bridge between the structure of science & math and the creativity of art & design.Now working full-time as an engineer in New England, Bethany is able to experiment and explore new painting and drawing techniques more freely. She is looking forward to being able to share her work after years of improving her craft. "I am fascinated by the color, light, and contrasting shadow found in landscapes and still life scenes. I intend to use my craft to display the beauty found in God's created world. I feel blessed to have the time and freedom to create and hope to share that feeling with you through my work."
