Zandra Solomon is a multidisciplinary artist and veteran advocate based in Atlanta, Georgia. A graduate of Georgia State University with her Bachelor of Art. Zandra incorporates live and preserved plants and herbs, alongside soil gathered from veteran recovery gardening programs, sand sourced from international military bases, and reclaimed military uniform materials. These elements are layered into her compositions to explore the complex terrain of service, healing, and return. As a former service member, Zandra draws from lived experience to reflect on the emotional and physical landscapes veterans navigate after duty.
