I’m an abstract painter based in Charleston, South Carolina, originally from Amelia Island, Florida. After earning my bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi, I relocated to Charleston, where I now work as a full-time artist. My work is inspired in part by the coastal landscapes of my upbringing, while also exploring a more personal and intuitive side of abstraction. Rather than following a singular style, I allow each body of work to develop organically, guided by curiosity and a sense of balance. Working primarily with acrylic, oil stick, pastel, and charcoal, I create layered compositions that emphasize movement, texture, and subtle contrast. Each painting unfolds as a quiet exploration of form, atmosphere, and feeling.
