Nick Anderson has plenty to say about life in America, and his visual communications seem to stop politicians in their tracks. While he’s earned accolades from peers, professional groups, and even a Pulitzer Prize, Anderson’s enraged a few subjects and readers, including Fox’s Hannity who held up Anderson’s prize winning works as an example of the Pulitzer Committee’s liberal bias. The Ohio University graduate eventually parlayed his first job out of college into a Pulitzer prize winning post as editorial cartoonist with the Louisville Courier Journal followed by the Houston Chronicle. Today Anderson creates for the Tribune Content Agency, and as a co-founder of a cartoon syndicate called Counterpoint Media, he sees the finest illustration talent worldwide. A past president of the American Association of Editorial Cartoonists, his drawings have run in The New York Times, Newsweek, and The Washington Post. Today, he publishes daily on substack.
