I live in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa and grew up near the sea. I have been a graphic designer most of my life but recently started painting again after 20 years. I enjoyed it so much I joined an art class and have discovered I love painting the sea. The movement, the waves, the colour, the ripples, the surf, the sand and the light reflecting on the waves and the water has me drawn to painting the ocean over and over.
