After crafting a yacht and embarking on a journey around the world, Polyte landed in Southern Chile in 1986. Captivated by the region’s breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife, he decided to settle there, drawing inspiration from the natural beauty around him to create remarkable sculptures from native wood.Utilizing techniques from yacht construction, such as laminating and gluing, Polyte achieves a unique combination of strength and artistry.
