Eleanor Miller was born in Connecticut and received her MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Today she lives and paints on the Connecticut farm her family has called home for generations. Miller’s vivid landscape paintings, which incorporate hummingbirds, insects, flowers, and plants, pay homage to the extraordinary and sacred beauty of nature in dreamlike, almost surreal terms.
