Daniel Salazar (February 10, 1989) is a graduate of the Faculty of Plastic Arts and Visuals of the Benito Juárez Autonomous University of Oaxaca with a focus on printmaking. He has trained at the Rufino Tamayo Workshop and later in his own workshop. He has participated in various collective exhibitions in Mexico City, San Luis Potosí, Durango, Querétaro and the United States. He has been selected in different national and international competitions such as the biennial of graphic arts “Shinzaburo Takeda”, and was selected with nominated piece at the 9th Japan International Triennial Exhibition of Prints. He currently resides in Oaxaca City and is an active member of Gabinete Grafico workshop from 2011 to the present.
