Victor Roux-Champion was a French painter that lived 1871-1953. Victor Roux-Champion went to Paris to study painting, first at the Académie Colarossi and then under Bouguereau at the Académie Julian until 1892. He studied engraving under Auguste and Eugène Delattre. He was a painter, draughtsman, watercolorist, engraver, and potter. His favorite subjects included landscapes, flowers, fruit, and figures.
