Annalù was born in San Donà di Piave, Italy, and trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, where she developed a practice grounded in transformation, material study, and spatial perception. Her work draws from both classical Italian traditions and close observation of the natural world. Her Dreamcatchers function as moments of suspension, abstract constructions positioned between suggestion and imagination. These works invite contemplation, allowing form and material to assume the primary narrative role rather than explicit representation. Annalù approaches her three dimensional works with measured precision, seeking to capture specific moments in space and time through layered, carefully engineered compositions. Using materials such as fiberglass, bark, bitumen, cement, and Murano glass, she constructs immersive environments and imagined worlds that balance scientific rigor with poetic intuition.
