Britto: Brazilian-born, Miami-based Neo-Pop artist Romero Britto is famous for his vibrant, optimistic, and colorful style blending Pop Art, Cubism, and graffiti, creating art that exudes happiness, love, and hope, making him one of the most licensed artists in history with major collaborations for brands like Disney, Coca-Cola, Absolut Vodka, BMW, Mattel and he created the official poster for the 2010 FIFA World-cup. Self-taught, he moved to Miami in 1988, gained global recognition and has since become known for his accessible "Happy Art," creating large-scale sculptures and designs for numerous corporations and events, including the Olympics and World Cup. His work has been shown in over 100 countries, including the Louvre Museum in Paris. He has also created important public artworks including installations at Hyde Park (London), JFK Airport (NYC), and the O2 Dome (Berlin).
