Carol Berry has been drawn to figure drawing since she was a small girl when she was the only child in a figure drawing group. Her passion for art has followed her through life and she drew her children when they were young. The talent continued on and one of her children, Barbara, is now a celebrated artist as well. Carol has a beautiful way of portraying light in her drawings and landscapes. Many of her scenes are inspired by the Bighorn Mountains and valleys of Wyoming. I've always loved to draw - from childhood on. My training was not formal but goes back to high school art in the 1950's, work shops, and like minded buddy's. Portraits and figures are my favorite subjects, but 40 years of Wyoming beauty in all seasons keeps me running for the paint box. If the weather is nasty, I can paint while looking out my window!
