Chervine, born in Iran, has mostly lived in Paris and is currently based in New York City and in Paris. He started out doing photography work for the press and for fashion brands. Since 2015, he has been focusing his photography on scenes of life that take place in various cities. Chervine is a builder of light. Guided by the path of the sun, the urban scenes he shows us are a reflection on time. They are the graceful emergence of fleeting moments, where passers-by are captured at the bend of a boulevard, on the terrace of a café or in the middle of a street, bathed in an enveloping and radiant light.
