Rhea Younes was born into the field of bespoke furniture design and production. Her creative journey began very early on, during an apprentice at her family’s furniture atelier in Beirut, Lebanon. As a young girl, she recalls her fascination with textures, fabrics and materials, attention to detail, and hand-made items produced in her late father’s atelier, during her apprenticeship. Armed with her unbounded imagination, she began sketching and bringing to life her creations. Today, based between Paris and Beirut, Rhea draws inspiration from eras long gone, her travel and nature. With her passion for product design honed at a young age, she combines her formal education and family legacy in artisanship, to produce bespoke projects and furniture pieces.
