Born in Canada in 1970, David Drebin is an internationally acclaimed, New York City-based multidisciplinary artist known for his cinematic, emotionally evocative works that span photography, lightboxes, neon installations, crystal etchings, diamond dust pieces, and his revolutionary “photo sculptures.” A graduate of Parsons School of Design, Drebin began his career in commercial photography before swiftly transitioning into the world of contemporary fine art, where his distinctive style—described as epic, dramatic, dreamy, imaginative, sexy, and smart—has garnered a global following.Drebin's striking visuals often feature allusive femme fatales, dreamlike cityscapes, and narrative-rich compositions that invite psychological reflection and ignite the viewer's imagination.
