E. Baily Hilda is an Austrian Impressionist & Modern painter who was born in the 19th Century. She was the daughter of Rudolf Ernst known for his orientalist works as well as the wife of illustrator, Louis Bailly. Possibly, the same artist listed as Ilda von Ernst, a notable portrait painter.
