Iyad Naja is a Lebanese multidisciplinary artist and designer whose work merges avant-garde creativity with cultural heritage. After earning his B.S. in Graphic Design from LAU in 2000, he began in advertising before moving into design and Arabic calligraphy. In 2014, he co-founded a design and development firm focused on product design and surface art, creating pieces such as mirrors, cabinets, and lighting. Drawing inspiration from rich cultures and dynamic environments, Naja transforms everyday objects into sensory artistic experiences that reflect personal moments and revive heritage. Through diverse mediums, he aims to celebrate tradition, highlight individuality, and offer fresh perspectives on Arabic calligraphy and cultural identity.
