In addition to her Avant-garde artwork (and perhaps even more well-known for), is Janet Nelson’s wire artwork created from steel or aluminum single strand wire. Using a technique similar to hard crochet, Janet creates three dimensional pieces that have the feeling of minimal line drawings, yet fill the room with an ethereal and powerful presence.
