Jared Gillett graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York City with his masters in Painting in 2003, prior to that he received his BFA from Utah State. He lives and paints in Salt Lake City, Utah. His work has been featured in the Salt Lake Tribune. He was also in the Springville Salon show in 2006. He has been featured in several group shows in New York City as well as several Shows in Salt Lake. His work can be seen at Phoenix Gallery, David Ericson Fine Arts as well as The Magpie's Nest.He paints commissioned portraits of people, pets and or landscapes.Happiness is in the paint.
