Jazmín Giordano (b. 1984, Buenos Aires, Argentina) is a contemporary artist whose work navigates emotional narrative, figuration, and cultural commentary through vivid imagery and expressive execution. Trained at the National University of Arts of Buenos Aires (2002–2015), Giordano also received scholarships from the Guillermo Roux Foundation and the School of Contemporary Art Projects, and completed workshops with established artists such as Ana Gallardo and Pablo Siquier.Giordano’s practice has been developed through sustained studio work and exhibitions across Argentina and internationally. She has presented solo exhibitions including Salto de Fe (Leap of Faith) at the Cazadores Foundation in Buenos Aires and Autogestión del Cariño (Self-Management of Loving) at the Recoleta Cultural Center, as well as La Favorita at Selvanegra Gallery and Captación-Abducción at ESSA Gallery in Córdoba.Her work has been recognized in major national selection programs and prize juries, including competitive selections at the 73rd National Hall of Arts at the Castagnino-Macro Museum (Rosario), the 45th Tucumán Hall of Arts at the Timoteo Navarro Museum, and the Biennial MBA-MAC Bahía Blanca, where she received an acquisition prize. She has also been part of the ArteBA Foundation acquisition program and selected presentations at the National Salon of Visual Arts of Buenos Aires.Giordano’s paintings often explore themes of identity, yearning, and cultural reflection through bold composition, figurative elements, and narrative nuance.
