Jim and Steffi Logan work out of their studio located in their home in Englewood, Florida. ​Their pottery is inspired by their love of nature and the coastline, both the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic. Even though they share studio space, their work is quite individual.Steffi is from Georgia and received a Masters degree of Fine Arts from the University of Georgia . Cooking and entertaining are also passions of this potter, so functional serving platters, bowls, chip and dip plates, dinnerware and many smaller shell forms are a primary focus of her work.Jim comes from a family of artists and began his career in music and theatre after graduating with a Bachelors degree in theatre from Eastern Michigan University. Inspired by and having always been drawn to the water, his signature pieces include marine life wall sculptures, fish and turtle platters and bowls as well as mugs, goblets and candle lanterns.
