(1919 – 2012)Joy Navasie (second Frog Woman - Yellow Flower) is among the most famous Hopi-Tewa potters. She learned her skills from her mother, Paqua Naha (first Frog Woman) who is credited with developing white ware pottery in the early 1950's . Paqua Naha signed her pottery with a frog having toes; but Joy Navasie used a frog with webbed feet.
