Julia Klimova was born in southern Russia where the land’s light, sun, and warmth influenced her perception of color and also helped her creativity accumulate from the childhood images of beauty in nature and life. Her subjects are diverse, consisting of still lifes, portraits, landscapes, and cityscapes. Klimova went to school to study Fine Arts and upon graduation worked as an Interior Designer. It wasn’t until she moved to North America that she took on art as a full-time career. Klimova’s work can be found in private and corporate collections in Canada, the USA and Great Britain.
