Vladimir was born on June 2, 1984 in Ukraine. He studied at the Kharkov Art College (1999-2004) under professors M.F. Serdyuka and M.A. Constantinopolsky. From 2005 to 2010, he studied at the Kharkov State Academy of Design and Arts, Faculty of Fine Arts, specializing in Easel Painting (Prof. Yu.N. Vintaev, V.L. Ganotsky and V.N. Chaus). Since 2010, he has been teaching painting at the Kharkov Art School. He has been a member of the Ukrainian Union of Artists since 2012. He regularly takes part in all-Ukrainian and international plein-air events since 2006. He has been a participant of regional and all-Ukrainian exhibitions since 2003 Vladimir has participated in numerous exhibitions at Paul Scott Gallery in Scottsdale. A catalog of his works was published by PSG in 2019.
