Betsy, or Maggie, as she is known to friends and family creates ethereal works using many thin layers of watercolor. Each piece is then drawn into with ink, graphite, and pastel. Tiny, delicate details evoke memories of shoreline, mountains, and fields. Betsy has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Montana, Missoula; K-12 Art Education Certificate from the University of Memphis, and an Associates Degree in Design from Atlanta Institute of Art.
