Rooted in a lifelong passion for art and architecture, Miguel Osuna’s work is a dynamic exploration of abstraction and form. Born in Mazatlán, Mexico, Osuna began painting and drawing at an early age, taking his first oil painting lessons from an aunt. His formal architectural training deeply informs his artistic practice, infusing his work with structural precision and spatial complexity. After relocating to Los Angeles, Osuna transitioned from a successful architectural design career to focus fully on his art in 2001. His abstract investigations span diverse techniques, materials, and applications, reflecting a harmonious blend of architectural discipline and creative spontaneity. Osuna’s works have been exhibited in the U.S., Mexico, and across Europe, earning recognition for their innovative approach to abstraction. Now based in Los Angeles and his hometown of Mazatlán, Osuna continues to push the boundaries of abstraction, creating pieces that captivate through their meticulous craftsmanship and emotive resonance.
