Buffalo-born artist MJ Myers creates plein air paintings that connect personal reflection with broader social awareness. His practice merges natural observation with emotional response, finding peace and renewal through time spent painting outdoors. A graduate of SUNY New Paltz with a BFA in Drawing and Painting, Myers has worked with major Buffalo institutions including the Albright-Knox Art Gallery and Torn Space Theater. His current work focuses on live event and wedding painting.
