Nataliia Nosyk is an award-winning plein air painter known for her vibrant outdoor still lifes and her sensitive exploration of light, color, and atmosphere. Working primarily in oil, she paints directly from life, often outdoors, capturing fleeting moments of natural light and the quiet poetry of everyday subjects. Her work balances observation and expression, allowing color and brushwork to convey both structure and mood. Her paintings have been exhibited internationally, including a solo residency at The Studios of Key West. Nataliia is a member of the Salmagundi Club in New York, where she has received multiple honors for her artistic achievements. She is also a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, reflecting her strong professional foundation and international artistic background. Originally from Ukraine, Nataliia relocated to the United States in October 2022 due to the war in Ukraine and is now based in Connecticut. This transition has shaped her artistic perspective, deepening her sensitivity to place, light, and the transient nature of everyday moments. Alongside her studio and plein air practice, she is the founder of NosykArt, a school of painting and drawing, and has been teaching for over a decade, guiding students of all levels in developing technical skill, visual awareness, and artistic confidence.
